Dream Recall Exercises

So, I did some searching and found 2 exercises that will increase dream recall 5,000 % (at the least). Here they are:
  1. Five Step, Five Day, Reversal Memory Concentration Exercise
  2. Get/Make a dream journal
Explanations

1) The Memory exercise goes like this. Think about what it would be like to take five snapshots a day for five days. You'd have 25 pictures right? Then, if you put all the pictures in order from most recent to least recent you'd have a sort of picture movie about your previous five days that plays in reverse. The object of the is exercise is to be able to recall 25 moments in time (5 from each day) starting from the present moment and working backwards five days. You can choose what pictures to remember. Just make sure that if you get lost or get distracted that you start over and choose different pictures this time! Ideally, you want to be able to do this in under 10 seconds. Supposedly, the ancient Tibetan monks claim that if you can do this in under 5 seconds, you will have access to your akashic records! It takes me about 7 to 10 minutes to do it at the moment. It's harder than it sounds!

2) You need a dream journal so that when you get up in the morning you can immediately write your dreams down. This is important! Dreams are like an echo, at first its very sharp and crisp then it fades. You need to "capture the dream" (lol blades of glory) in your journal before it fades and you lose most of the important information in it. Don't take this lightly! If you think, "I'm good at remembering my dreams. I don't need to do that." You have just shot yourself in the foot BIG TIME! Don't make excuses for yourself! Get up a half hour early each day if you have to. Also, its important that when you first wake up that you don't move! Moving your physical body will redirect the energy to your conscious mind and you will lose the connection to your subconscious mind. This is primarily the reason people forget their dreams.
